Hilton Waikoloa Village

Hilton Waikoloa Village is an oceanfront resort situated on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. It is about a 25-minute drive south from Kona International Airport (KOA).

HICSS-59 special rates ($319, $349, $359, $369, $394, $439) are available on first-come-first-serve basis. These rates are applicable for the night of January 1, 2027 to the night of January 10, 2027. Once you have finished your conference registration and paid the registration fee, you will receive a registration confirmation email with information about a dedicated website for hotel reservations. Please contact hicss@hawaii.edu if you do not receive this registration confirmation email within a day or so after completing the registration.

Terms and Conditions

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. For additional persons 18 years and older, additional charges of $50 per person per night plus tax will be applied. Each room can accommodate up to 4 people.
• Rollaway charge is currently $50.00 per rollaway per night plus tax. The rate is subject to change.
• Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes which are currently 17.962%.
• A daily resort fee is $15 plus applicable state and local taxes which are currently 17.962%. Guests will have access to services such as:

  >> Hawaiian Cultural Activities
  >> DVD Player with Unlimited movie rentals –Limit 2 checked out at any given time
  >> Complimentary portrait and souvenir keepsake
  >> 20% discount on beach toys at the saltwater lagoon

  >> Fitness or Yoga Class at the Kohala Spa
  >> $10 off per person on Hawaii Nautical sailings
  >> Pool toy inflation at Kona Pool
  >> Refillable water bottles in each room with refill stations throughout the resort
• The cut-of-date is December 2, 2026. If rooms are still available, reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at Hotel’s prevailing rates.
• Reservations will be guaranteed upon receipt of a one-night deposit.
• Check-in time is after 4PM. Check-out time is 11AM.
• For participants lodged at the conference hotel, daily overnight self parking is $35 per car per day plus tax.
• For participants not lodged at the conference hotel, self parking is $48 tax inclusive per car per day (subject to change).
• Valet Parking is available at $55 tax inclusive per car per day (subject to change).
• Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee of $100 (subject to change) should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
