Dear Prospective Minitrack Chairs,

As we mark the 60th Annual Hawaiʻi International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), we invite you to join a global community of scholars dedicated to advancing rigorous and impactful research in system sciences and information systems. For six decades, HICSS minitrack chairs have played a central role in launching influential research streams and shaping scholarly discourse across theory and practice.

We warmly welcome your leadership and vision as we celebrate this milestone year and continue the tradition that defines HICSS—where ideas meet and science speaks.

We look forward to your proposals and to celebrating HICSS-60 together.
